There are lots of things that are unique to Arizona but the moon is not one of them. However we do have some large vistas which give us some good views of moonrises. I have numerous shots of the moon sitting alone in the sky but getting a shot with a good foreground is much more difficult. These shots were taken on top of South Mountain at Gila Valley Lookout. There were lots of onlookers and a few photographers there to witness the event. The last shot was taken on the road down the mountain.
Enjoy
Beautiful work John.
Hope you and Louise are doing well.
God Bless. Jim
