One of my favorite birds to photograph is the American Avocet. I first saw this bird in the S.F Bay wetlands a few years ago. I find the delicate beak and colors are very attractive. On a recent trip to San Jose I returned to the S.F. Bay wetlands to get some more photos of this beauty.
